Diet weight increase are essential to help you gain extra pounds of healthy weight. Lean people need to know what foods and how much to eat.  

Eating the wrong foods such as high carbs like fries, chips and other junk food is a sure way to create future health problems down as hypertension, heart disease and diabetes. 2. Fruit and vegetables (5 servings)


Eating fruits and vegetables help prepare the body for healthy weight gain. They are rich in fiber and vitamins, and help us digest our food diet weight gain.


3. Pains


Choose heavy, dense breads such as oat bran and whole wheat bread rather than white light. Eating with generous portions of peanut butter and jelly.


4. Cereals
