Constipation Diet - Foods to Eat, Foods to Avoid



                               


Constipation is your problem? No need to be worried about their situation. Constipation is a condition that is the easiest to deal with, that is, if no other medical problems, but the very hard stools. Your problem can be easily solved with the completion of your right constipation diet.

Foods to Eat

Foods to avoid

Example of food that you can classify as allies of constipation are fatty foods, fast foods and fried foods.  



Processed foods contain little fiber, sometimes totally devoid of this natural enhancer evacuation. These foods include white bread, cheese and meat. Excessive amounts of dairy products and foods with lots of refined sugar induced constipation.

If water and fruit and vegetable juices are beneficial to eliminate constipation, there are certain drinks that are counterparties to a good bowel movement. Drinks to avoid are soft drinks, coffee and tea.
