Diet - Foods to Avoid When On Any Diet!

Today there are more plans publicized in books and on the Internet, it is difficult to choose. Here, we will not look for food to eat, but food to avoid any diet.

One way of common sense to understand what diet is best to see what suits your own personal decisions on lifestyle and natural (underline the word "natural" not synthetic) tastes.


We all have our likes and dislikes ... many a child is with us throughout our lives.

oAny "processed" foods. EVERYTHING ... it means food that has been processed industrially. These foods contain additives and chemicals that alter the natural processes of digestion and elimination. In this category you can think of any food of a box, or you can stay on a supermarket shelf more than a month.


oAny and all fast foods. These are perhaps the worst offenders because somehow know very well when hungry, eat quickly, and containing all the ingredients that you do not need or want your body; such as trans, incorrect combinations of foods (cola with proteins and carbohydrates), and excess calories.


An average meal of fast food is about 1000 calories or more. It is often, and leaves you hungry in about 2 hours.


"Fried" foods. OAny This includes the famous potato, but may include fried meats (like fried chicken), and some sweets, such as donut or many oriental sweets. They kill your diet, increase insulin levels in the blood, and no way to lose weight.


PAD polyunsaturated and animal fats. We do not say to remove the fat, just eat right. These are found in fish, some vegetables and some dairy products (omega-3 oils have been incorporated in animal feed for dairy products).


oWhite Flour. Nothing in what is good for you, nothing. All wheat or other whole grains are another story. Eat as you like, but no white flour.


It is the same dead food, and causes imbalances in your digestive system. White flour was invented as it does not spoil as whole grains do. Insects know it is best to eat. They eat whole grains and unbleached white flour processed.


oWhite sugar. Like its cousin, carbohydrates above, white sugar also has little or no nutritional value.


There are many alternatives to the same sound, although sweet, these natural sugars are easily digested in the system, because they are natural and are naturally.


oMayonnaise and derivatives. Although very tasty, and makes the food you eat with the same, mayonnaise is heavily processed, usually with cheaper oils, most trans people and full of preservatives.


Also mayonnaise is made from eggs, and is on the market to support the aging process on the supermarket shelf. It will not help to food and, in fact, are not good for you at all. If you do it yourself, however, and eat in moderation, that is another thing.


or caffeinated beverages. This includes coffee, black tea, colas, chocolate and new energy drinks that appear in nightclubs, supermarkets and gyms.


Caffeine (or similar chemicals found in tea and chocolate) disturbs the metabolism, and prevent natural thinning process when you diet.


There are many other foods to avoid and enjoy both, but the list above is generally accepted by most dietitians.


When you're not on a diet, you can definitely eat these foods, but it is advisable to do sparingly because remember you had a diet, lose weight, and now, why win again.
