Sugar-Free Diet Foods Seem to Cause Adverse Health Problems and Weight Gain

Do you eat sugar diet foods in your quest to lose weight? How effective has it been for you? You might be surprised to find that most people do not lose weight on the diet without sugar foods. They may even gain weight. Also, foods that are sugar usually added artificial sweeteners, and that is bad news. The manufacturers have done their best to convince you of the safety of sugar substitutes, but many studies and many consumer reports tell a different story.

Artificial sweeteners cause an increase in caloric intake


Artificial sweeteners are found in almost all the sugar-free diet foods seem to give more of a sweet tooth, no less, and tend to make people generally eat more, not less! This is especially true in drinks such as diet soda, but it is also true for other products without sugar. The American Cancer Society has shown that people who use artificial sweeteners like aspartame and sucralose actually gain more weight than those who do not use them. So if you use soda or other sugar-free diet foods, may be compromising their long-term health, not weight loss anyway! Therefore, stop using foods diet without sugar today!

If you are diabetic, you really want to stay away from all concentrated sugars until it gets better (and yes, type II diabetes actually can go far if you do the right things health wise, than to get enough sleep, stress reduction, exercise, eat well and get enough vitamins and minerals).  


If you are not diabetic, small amounts of natural sweetenters as evaporated cane juice (found in sugar cane and Succanat) corn syrup, maple syrup and pure honey from bees fed are much better for you to include in your diet artificial sweeteners, in my opinion. If you have difficulty staying away from sugar, you may need to make a greater change regime.  

Many people find that when they start eating real food, to compensate for deficiencies in vitamins and minerals to foods, and sometimes with whole food supplements, and ensure they are getting enough protein and natural fats including oil, virgin coconut in their diets, their sugar cravings gradually disappear.
