How Much to Eat to Stay Healthy and Fat Free

How do you react if you were told to leave food on your plate? Do you think this is a waste and I'd say it cost money, or actually leaving food on your plate? Of course, it is a waste if you do not finish everything on your plate, and disappears if you do not eat everything. Likewise, it will go down the toilet if you eat everything on your plate.

The only difference between the two scenarios is that in the second case, your waistline stays with some of the foods you have eaten! When you need more than their actual kitchen, so much wasted energy and money. It really does not matter if you eat or bin. It is wasted in both directions.

According to studies on health and food during the First World War, the British, as a nation, they were healthier than today. Although people in many other ways, her diet is healthier than ever during wartime rationing. Less meat, less fat, less sugar and fewer eggs were consumed by people as ever.

They were only allowed three slices of bacon and one egg per week, but the British have lived a very healthy life during wartime rationing. But today, nearly a quarter of all adults are obese, and a fourth disturbing part of all British children are overweight ..

There is too much sugar, fat and salt in our diet today than ever, and puts us at greater risk of coronary heart disease, diabetes, certain cancers, including colon, stomach and breast cancer. And the increased risk of heart disease, diabetes, cancer and infertility; disorders such as fatigue, low self esteem and poor mental and physical performance are also associated with a diet high in fat, sugar and salt. In addition, the risk of depression, anxiety, PMS, and urge for food is increased by eating high energy density foods low in nutrients. At the same time, lack of concentration, hyperactivity and aggression potentially be caused by high additives, preservatives and refined sugar. See where we are going as a society!

Scientists are beginning to believe that we, as a society, we're obsessed with food, and yet the food available is easier than ever to do. It is very difficult to work when food so abundantly mixed with the desire of people to eat, things go a bit wrong! Moreover, taking into account all the emotional issues associated with comfort food adopted by many people today, it can easily be seen that all things went very wrong!

To conclude, over eating large portions must be avoided at all meals. This is a very important step to take to maintain a healthy daily diet plan. Food should be eaten often in segments rather than take the more at each meal. This will promote healthy metabolism and maintain normal energy level.

The metabolic system work more effectively if food is provided in small quantities in different periods during the day. The risk of accumulation of fat in the body will be considerably reduced, which will help you stay healthy fat free life.
